Learning Management Systems (LMS)

It is not viable for all organisations to host their own Learning Management System (LMS) because of their size or lack of expertise. We offer these organisations all the benefits of owning an LMS without being involved in the purchase or administration of an LMS. 

A Learning Management System is a software application that enables organisations to create, deliver, and manage learning pathways for their employees by tracking the delivery of online courses, instructor-led training, compliance training, and other training initiatives.

An LMS benefits both employees and the company by providing a centralised, flexible, and personalised approach to training. It can improve learning outcomes, reduce training costs, and enable better tracking and reporting of employee progress and performance.

We see our hosting of an LMS as being particularly useful for small and medium companies who do not have the personnel or expertise to take advantage of the benefits offered by an LMS.

Instructional Design

Good solid Instructional Design principles guide all the training that we design and deliver.

Because a training intervention is not a presentation, people have different learning styles and training is developed with behaviour change as the main objective, the Instructional Designer must apply the principles of adult learning to the course design. 

Our Instructional Designers work closely with the client and Subject Matter Experts to ensure they design a training intervention that complies with the principles of adult learning to achieve the learning objectives and improve the work performance of the trainee.

Product Training

We provide product training for new products and/or for new people.

User Manual Development & Customer Training

We develop User Manuals for Customers who use your company’s products.

These user manuals include links to training sessions for more complicated operational features. Training sessions will usually be hosted on a Learning Management System designed exclusively for the client and their customers.

The LMS enables students to have a curriculum of courses broken down into lesson plans, allowing them to progress through their learning in manageable ‘chunks’ at their own pace. Frequent tests allow effective certification. 

Content is provided in video format and can have audio tracks for visually impaired students. The platform also accommodates for multilingual content.

Bespoke content can be created in a short timescale.

Blended Learning

We offer a variety of traditional and modern training delivery methods.

The training delivery method deployed depends on the needs of the client and the learning objectives. Our blended learning delivery methods include:

Life Coaching

Through Life Coaching our suitably qualified coaches help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals by providing guidance, support and accountability. 

Workplace life coaching focuses on developing and enhancing skills, attitudes and behaviours that contribute to improved performance and greater fulfilment in an individual’s career.

We work with individuals to identify their strengths and weaknesses, establish clear goals, and create action plans to achieve those goals.
